Instructions
Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup melted butter, and ¼ cup granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
Form the Crust: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 cups of softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
