Ingredients
Scale:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 pounds beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 large bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
8-10 metal or wooden skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, oregano, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Place the beef chunks in a large zip-top bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F to 450°F).
Thread the marinated beef chunks onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is nicely charred on the outside and medium-rare to medium inside.
Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
