Ingredients
Scale:
- 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, or a mix), chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange, apple, or coconut water)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 cup pureed fruit (bananas, berries, or peaches)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 cup fresh fruit or fruit puree
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your fruit by washing, peeling, and chopping it into small pieces. For purees, blend the fruit until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine your chosen ingredients for the desired popsicle flavor. Stir thoroughly to ensure sweetness is evenly distributed.
- For creamy yogurt pops, blend Greek yogurt with pureed fruit, vanilla extract, and sweetener until well combined.
- For vegan pops, whisk together coconut milk, almond milk, fruit puree, and sweetener until fully mixed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- If desired, add pieces of whole fruit or granola into the molds before pouring in the mixture.
- Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
