1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to parchment paper, roll into a log shape, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
