8 ounces dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
8 ounces milk chocolate
8 ounces white chocolate

Drizzle of contrasting chocolate for topping
Instructions
Wash the strawberries gently under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry.
Melt the chocolate using one of the following methods:
Microwave: Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until smooth.
Double Boiler: Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir continuously until melted.
